Return Eligibility
Returns are currently only available for orders shipped within the US. International orders are not eligible for return.

Return Window
You have 7 days from delivery to start a return request, and items must be shipped back within 7 days of starting the request. For orders shipped in multiple packages, the window starts from the delivery date of the final package.

Condition Required
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging, including the SKU sticker.

Items Not Eligible for Return
Beauty products, bodysuits, face masks, intimates/lingerie, jewelry, swimwear, items from opened multi-packs, and wholesale orders cannot be returned. We do not offer exchanges — only returns for refund.

Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or we made a shipping error. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Return Processing Time
Once your returned item arrives at our facility, please allow 5–7 business days for us to process it. We'll email you once processing is complete, and your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Compliant Returns
Returns that don't meet the above conditions may be charged a 50% restocking fee or be declined entirely.
